Gadgets can sometimes feel like a barrier to good health. You’re chained to your desk watching a screen, and you’re stressed by constant texts, tweets, and emails.

But if tech is sometimes the enemy, might it also be the answer?

We look today at some fascinating ways to get healthy, from a nutritionist in your pocket to a marathon coach on your mobile phone, to a website that rewards you for buying local, cutting fat and doing yoga.
