Your gift to the WGBH endowment ensures our future as a public media powerhouse that millions of Americans rely on for television, radio, Web content, and classroom and community services that educate, inspire, and entertain.
The WGBH endowment is a vital source of funds for our programs and operations. It makes long-term planning possible, giving us:
- The flexibility to pursue promising ideas in today’s fast-changing media environment
- The capacity to commit to innovative new projects, especially during the early phases of research and development, when funding is most scarce
Gifts to the WGBH endowment can be designated for general purposes or earmarked for special projects, such as radio productions, children’s programs, public affairs, drama, arts, science, or history.
We’re grateful for gifts to our endowment in any amount. For those with the desire and means to leave a special legacy, with your gift of $25,000 or more you can:
- Create an endowed fund named after you or in honor or memory of another
Choose whether your named fund will support WGBH in general or be designated for a specific purpose, such as those listed above
